Frontier Estates was established in 1996 by Adam Eldred and Andrew Crowther. Since that time it has grown to become one of the most active and successful property development companies in the UK. The Company now has a development programme of circa 5 million sq.ft. with an end value in excess of £750m.

From its offices in Milton Keynes and Mayfair, Frontier develops industrial, distribution, office, retail, residential and mixed use schemes in England and Wales.

Frontier Estates’ executives have many years experience in the UK property market. Frontier has built a reputation for consistent performance and a straightforward professional approach to transacting business. We work hard until the job is done.

Part of the Company’s strategy is to deal intensively with both project management and lettings/sales management in-house. The Company rigorously oversees both the construction phase, to ensure a consistently high standard is achieved, and also occupier liaison, to ensure early occupation of its schemes.

Over the last few years Frontier has completed a number of high profile deals with a range of well-known organisations including: English Partnerships, Prudential, The Chubb Common Investment Fund, Electrolux, Aston Martin, Royal Bank of Scotland, HM Customs and Excise and the Secretary of State.

The Company has prospered because of the drive and enthusiasm of its people and their ability to work cooperatively alongside a wide range of professionals, financial institutions, landowners, occupiers and public sector bodies.

The Directors’ ambitions for Frontier are simply to continue to build a team of first class people such that the Frontier brand is instantly recognisable in its marketplace as a leading edge property company.

One third of Frontier Estates is owned by Ray Palmer’s property venture capital business Palmer Capital Partners.
