Frontier Estates places a high priority on its relationships with a range of occupier companies, both large and small. We recognise that unless we keep in touch with current occupier requirements and the particular operational issues faced by our tenants, we cannot provide the specification of buildings that are needed.

Many of our developments are started on a “speculative” basis without a specific company in mind. Others are designed from the outset to meet the individual demands of a known occupier.

In the case of our speculative schemes we focus on quality and flexibility. When designing for a particular company we take great trouble to understand the functions that are to be contained within the new building and also how these may change in the future. These considerations are then balanced against the need for the Company to be able to dispose of its interest in the future, if business requirements change beyond the design parameters.
