Adam Eldred Joint Managing Director

Adam is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years property experience. He is the co-founder of Frontier and previously was a director of national property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton.

Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years property experience. Before setting up Frontier he was at Morgan Grenfell Laurie and has a wealth of investment and construction expertise.

Mike Mansell Director

Mike joined Frontier in 2000 and has been responsible for some of Frontier’s most high profile schemes. He has successfully developed industrial warehouse and offices projects totalling over 3 million square feet.

Will Rees Development Director

Will worked for ING Real Estate and Asda Walmart before coming to Frontier. Will’s focus is in-town and out-of-town retail and mixed use development.

Damian was formerly a director of Castlemore Securities. He has created over 20 new developments with an emphasis on retail, foodstores and mixed use projects.

Noel was formerly Commercial Director of Sorbon Investments the investment arm of Shanly Homes. He has been responsible for numerous retail and residential mixed use projects.
